Bukao | Cocoa Beans
We pride ourselves on our generations-deep knowledge of cocoa. For decades, we have been growing Trinitario cocoa beans at our family farm in the Méfou-et-Afamba region of Cameroon. In Cameroon, we ferment for six days at 7% humidity, clean, and screen the cocoa beans before shipping them to Mission, British Columbia to be processed into other products.
Our beans carry a nutty, tannic, and velvety fudge flavour.
