Shipping Options, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Times
- For our customers within Canada, we are pleased to offer shipping services via Canada Post and UPS.
- We are excited to extend our reach to international customers, offering shipping through Purolator, UPS, and DHL.
- Please note that customers will pay shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping option.
Refund Policies
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, We do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. - Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the same day the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will reimburse after 2days. - Refunds
We will refund you after cancellation of your order. You have 2 days to request your refund. if past that delay we won't refund you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
