Why Binghamton

We're preparing to bring our bean-to-bar and cocoa ingredients production to Binghamton, New York (73 Griswold St). In 2024 and 2025, we entered the Grow-NY® Food & Agriculture Startup Competition. While we were not selected as finalists, we pursued other options and learned about the Binghamton University Koffman Incubator's Soft Landing New York program, which encourages foreign entrepreneurs to grow businesses in New York's Central Southern Tier. Soft Landings reached out and helped us understand the market, build relationships, and set up for long-term success.

We kept pushing—and winning 1st place in the BLDC-EAP Business Plan Competition confirmed we were building something real in Binghamton.
