At Emkao Foods, we take pride in crafting chocolate that’s ethical, traceable, and extraordinary — from our family cacao farm in Cameroon to your doorstep. Here’s how we get it to you:
Free Shipping
Retail Customers: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the United States.
Business Customers (Wholesale Orders): Free local shipping on full pallet orders of 1,000 kg. Orders outside the local area or below the pallet minimum will have standard shipping rates applied.
Order Processing & Lead Times
Because our chocolate is made from real farm-direct cacao, order processing depends on product availability. Standard orders typically require 2–3 weeks, while bulk or specialty orders may take up to 12 weeks. We’ll always let you know your estimated delivery timeline at the time of confirmation.
Delivery & Shipping
Shipping rates for orders not qualifying for free shipping are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimated by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
